Read and update project configuration.

Auth: Platform key (sk_pj_*) required.

Get Settings

GET /v1/platform/settings

Returns current project settings including pricing configuration.

`markup_percentage`	string	Always	Markup on base costs (%)
`platform_fee_percentage`	string	Always	Platform fee (%)
`stripe_configured`	boolean	Always	Whether Stripe is configured
`stripe_publishable_key`	string?	Always	Truncated Stripe publishable key, or `null`

Update Settings

PUT /v1/platform/settings

Update project pricing configuration. All fields are optional — only include what you want to change.
